Atlas Core Personal Oura Sync

Privacy policy

Last updated October 30, 2026. This policy describes the intended private, single-user integration, which is currently being prepared. It is operated by Brian Campbell for his own personal use.

Information and purpose

After Brian authorizes access, the integration is intended to retrieve Oura sleep records, dates, and durations, including recorded naps, to maintain daily sleep totals in his personal tracking spreadsheet. It will request only the Oura permissions needed for its configured features.

Storage and service providers

Processing is intended to occur on Brian’s computer. Oura access credentials will be kept in a private local credential store, outside this public website. Selected daily totals will be written to Brian’s private Google Sheet, where Google stores and processes them under its applicable terms. If Brian asks an AI assistant to inspect or manage these records, the information supplied to that assistant may also be processed by its provider under the applicable account settings and terms.

This website

This website has no sign-in, data-entry forms, advertising, analytics scripts, or application cookies. Its hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the pages. The site is prepared for Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare’s own privacy policy governs its processing.

Sharing and retention

The integration is not intended to sell data, serve advertisements, or publish personal health records. Local records and spreadsheet entries remain until Brian deletes them. Copies, backups, and provider retention may continue under the relevant service’s settings and policies.

Control and deletion

Brian can stop the sync, revoke the application’s Oura access, remove stored credentials, and delete local files or spreadsheet entries. Revoking access stops future retrieval; it does not automatically remove previously copied records.
